By initiating service with Super Scoopers, LLC (“Super Scoopers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”), acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your use of our dog waste removal services (“Services”). Your continued use of our Services constitutes an ongoing agreement to the Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring unobstructed and safe access to the designated service area on the scheduled service date. All gates must be unlocked or accessible by combination lock. Permanent gate locks must be combination-based, and the combination must be provided and kept current with Super Scoopers. Key locks are not supported; however, we will supply a combination lock upon request at no charge.
In the event that our technician cannot access the property due to a locked gate, inaccessible area, or any other obstacle not caused by Super Scoopers, the visit will be recorded as a missed service/visit.
Customers agree to maintain reasonable lawn conditions. Excessive grass height, accumulations of leaves, snow, mud, or other debris may inhibit the visibility of pet waste and compromise the quality of service. Super Scoopers will perform services to the best of our ability under such circumstances, but our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable when dog waste is reasonably visible and the area is adequately maintained.
Customers must disclose the presence of any pets with known aggressive, territorial, or unpredictable behavior. Dogs that present a safety hazard to our staff must be secured away from the service area during the scheduled visit. In the event that a technician is unable to safely perform the service due to an unsecured aggressive animal, the visit will be billed in full and service may be suspended pending resolution.
If a dog attack or bite incident occurs, Super Scoopers reserves the right to report the matter to the appropriate local animal control authority. The Customer may be held responsible for all medical costs, lost wages, and damages incurred by the technician as a result of the incident.
Super Scoopers will operate in most weather conditions including light rain, heat, and cold. However, services may be delayed, skipped, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, flooding, ice, or snow.
If a service is skipped due to such weather, we will make reasonable attempts to reschedule your visit within the same week. In the event rescheduling is not feasible, the subsequent visit will include the waste from the skipped period at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

In addition, Super Scoopers reserves the right to suspend service between December 25 and January 1. Any adjustments to the service calendar will be communicated in advance when possible.
Missed visits resulting from customer-related issues (e.g., locked gates, inaccessible yards, or unsecured pets) will be treated as rendered services. The technician will make attempts to call or text in addition to knocking on any appropriate door to communicate the problem and hopefully continue with the service visit. Any of the missed service/visit reasons above will be treated like a completed service. When our route schedule allows and at management’s discretion, we will attempt to reschedule missed visits. Otherwise, the scooped amount will just be doubled at the next service.
All waste collected during service is bagged, treated with odor-neutralizing products, and deposited in the customer’s designated outdoor trash receptacle unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Super Scoopers assumes no responsibility for disposal-related issues once the waste has been transferred to the designated container.
Customers are required to maintain a valid debit or credit card on file or prepay via an approved digital platform such as Venmo or PayPal. All payments are processed on the 1st of each month, in advance, for services scheduled to be performed during that month. Services will not commence or continue until full payment is received.
The first billing will occur upon signup and will be prorated based on the number of service weeks remaining in the current month. Thereafter, billing will occur on the 1st of every month.
If a payment fails on the 1st of the month, a second attempt will be made within three (3) business days. If payment is not successfully processed by the fifth (5th) calendar day of the month, Super Scoopers reserves the right to suspend service for the remainder of the month until payment is received. Missed visits due to failed payment will not be rescheduled unless management approves and schedule availability allows.
Super Scoopers will never require long-term service contracts. Services begin upon successful payment and agreement to these Terms.
Customers may cancel services at any time with at least 48 hours’ written notice sent via email to: [email protected]. Cancellation becomes effective upon confirmation of receipt by Super Scoopers.
Unless the customer requests otherwise, we will continue to perform service visits already paid for. Any refunds are given by the express decision of management.
Super Scoopers may, from time to time, take photographs of customer pets during service visits for use on our social media platforms. No identifying details such as addresses will be posted. Customers who wish to opt out of this practice must notify us in writing by email.
We collect customer data (such as name, address, contact information, pet info) solely for the purposes of:
Super Scoopers does not sell, share, or lease your personal data to any third-party organizations except as required for legal compliance or as necessary to process payments.
These Terms and any disputes arising from the provision of services shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the services are provided, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
If any provision herein is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Super Scoopers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to our official website and, when possible, sent via email to existing customers. Your continued use of our Services after such amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Super Scoopers and the Customer and supersede any prior communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
