Absolutely. If we miss a mission, we suit back up and return within 24 hours — no need to light the scoop-signal.
Not at all; all we need is unimpeded access to all portions of the yard that need to be scooped. If you lock your gate, we’ll keep a record of the combination so we can always service it. Use a lock with a key? We’ll swap it out with one of our combination locks for free!
Yes, please, as long as they don’t mistake us for the Joker. If they’re friendly, we love meeting our furry fans. If visitors are your dog’s least favorite thing, we’ll make a record of that and never enter without calling you first, in advance of our service.
That’s a great question. For now, our routes aren’t well-established or predictable so the best we can do is to notate any requests for a particular day you have and do our best to honor that. There will be days where timing will be dictated by many factors so we’ll never guarantee a specific time but we will let you know ahead of our visit when we are coming.
No! There are no contracts for this service. Cancel anytime by text, email, or phone.
We pre-bill on a monthly basis at the first of every month. We will pro-rate any service starting week 2 or beyond in any month.
At this stage of our business, no. We’d like to offer yard deodorizing/sanitizing spray eventually. If this, or some other extra is something you’re interested in, please tell us as knowing what our customers (and potential customers) want is super helpful!
If you have a regular service plan, absolutely. If you’re just looking for someone to clean your yard once and you’re not interested in recurring services, please contact us and we’ll see if it’s something we can accommodate.
